- The Black Sheep is owned by Jane LeBlanc, and is located in Center Barnstead, NH. Newly established, the shop and learning center will open doors for the first time December 7, 2011. Almost impossible to find a local shop exclusive to feltmaking, we opened The Black Sheep so feltmakers can find all the needed supplies in one place. The shop is filled with a colorful array of wool fiber, a variety of needlefelting, wool applique, and needlepunch supplies, artwork, and antiques.
